Summer Training will run from June 27th - Aug 29th. There are several programs to choose from please see details below and click the link to register

Program #1 Skills & Vision Training 

Mon & Wed 6/27- 8/31

Players will learn: Running with the ball, Ball speed, ball skills, footwork, ball control, dribbling, shooting, passing, moving, give & go’s, small sided game.

*Combo full summer option

Program #4 Goalies

Mon & Wed 6/27-8/22 6pm - 8pm

This program is designed to work with the goalkeepers on the foundation of ball feeling and ball handling, dive & catch, reaction & save, footwork, distribution, and movement.

Program #10 High School Fitness Training

Fridays in July 6:30pm - 8:30pm 

Conditioning: work on jogging to build conditioning, endurance with push up, sit up & crunches to maximize strength.
Progressive Training: Foot speed, leg speed, running technique, burst of speed, first step quickness, acceleration, change of direction, quick reaction, coordination, agility, and balance- all without the ball
The ball will be then added to create innovative training with match - like activities that are easily introduced into the practice sessions for individual players and groups
Skill Training: Ball feeling, ball control, footwork, ball skill, decision making, move to beat & get past your opponent, how to make a successful tackle and how to create & convert goal scoring chances
Goalkeeping: Dive & catch, quick reaction, positioning, ball feeling, Punting, goal kicks
IQ in soccer: Meaning intelligence, develop & build quality which allow a player to recognize and adapt to situations on the soccer pitch quickly and to work on small-sided games to allow high-pressure

Program #6 Soccer Camps

July Camp Mon - Fri 7/18-7/22           Aug Camp Mon - Fri 8/22 - 8/26

Camp hours available 9am-12 noon and 6pm-8pm

Camps ages 4-7 - This program is designed to develop the tots from the foundation of ball feeling and ball control. Also, it gears towards teaching the foundations of the game,

Camps ages 8-10 - This program develops individual skills are sharpened with ball feeling, ball skills, foot work, ball control, Campers will work on soccer fundamentals and basic strategies of the game will be introduced like decision making, give & go, small sided & fun games, one vs one: moves to get past your opponent

Camps 11,12 & older -  New this year Triangle passes with Tactical analysis on how to play the game. New World cup game that will teach players learn the principles of Attack & Defense, lots of small, sided games.
